Ukraine: Protesters hoist Donetsk flag outside Ministry of Internal Affairs
Hundreds of protesters picketed the police headquarters and Ministry of Internal Affairs in Donetsk on Saturday.
Demonstrators repeatedly chanted "Berkut", "Referendum" and "Russia", and also suggested that the police officers join the protest. In response the officers told activists that they support them.
A Donetsk flag was hoisted up a pole by protesters who were demanding that the city become an independent republic like Crimea.
